I'm looking at a Rem. Hepburn #3 long range target rifle. Then the only explanation is that the serial numbers span all the Remington-Hepburn No. Download driver fn toshiba l645. 3 models and don. Apr 07, 2010 There in a stamp on the top of the barrel that says Remington Arms Co. And a serial number on the receiver of 16022. Other than that I can see no other markings. Is there anyone out there that can shed some light on my issue as to the age or approximate value of the gun. BUT, if it is a Creedmoor, then the only explanation is that the serial numbers span all the Remington-Hepburn No. 3 models and don't restart at 1 for each different model.
