Ms-dos Version

Boot from USB, and then run DOS version of Ghost. And run Ghost from the command prompt. Sounds like you need.

Norton Ghost 12 Dos Version 4. ISO' and put this ISO in folder EZBOOT and use menu command. 15.5 04-4408. Name: - Symantec Norton GHOST (DOS) Version. The last MS-DOS version of Norton Commander, 5.51. DOS Command Center (DCC). Ghost Commander for Android systems. Ghost directory by entering' Ghost'. To enter a Ghost command line. If you are unsure of which version you have, Type DIR at the command. In DOS: Ghost.

I installed Norton Ghost 2003 version on my WIN XP computer to backup one data hard drive to another blank one. Norton asked permission to restart. Okay.
Now it won't go beyond DOS in reboot. It hangs there, allegedly giving me the option to restart as 1. Norton Ghost or 2. Windows. But it actually will start neither, if selected. I have changed the boot order in the BIOS to try to restart from the Norton CD - no luck. I can get it as far as command line confirmation, but all command lines appear to refer to Ghost, and nothing goes beyond that. I can get to C: prompt, though.Dos

Norton Ghost For Dos

Ghost 12 Dos

I purchased online direct from symantec.com the following product on 13Oct2008,
Product Name: Norton Ghost 12.0 Qty Ordered: 1 Amount: $69.99
Product Name: Symantec Recovery Disk .ISO File for Ghost
Qty Ordered: 1 Amount: $0.00
They supposed to give me the .ISO file for Ghost but it's not in the email they sent me.
I went thru the support webpages but I just can't find the way to download the .ISO file, but then, the following link said I can email them to ask for the .ISO file in their support webpage:

I replied this guy expressing my problem in obtaining the .ISO file from their support website but till today 13Nov2008, there's no feedback at all.
The whole purpose i purchased Ghost12 is for the .ISO file so I can create my own System recovery disk, but as you guys can see, I am passing around like a ball and never got my problem fixed.
Is there anyone that can help me locate the .ISO file I meant to have with my purchase of the copyrighted Ghost 12 and
I hope you guys can see how bad the support of Symantec is and count on my experience not to buy products from Symantec online.
